Meet The Founder
Nikoa Milton Gulstone is a Howard University and Columbia Business School alumna, finance and real estate veteran, and self-proclaimed corporate America dropout. After years spanning transactions, asset management, and debt capital markets, she left to build something better.
Today she leads Agency 1867 — a high-touch operational support firm for leaders and founders. She is also the co-founder of Level, an intentionally multiracial network built to close the racial wealth gap by investing in Black women. Both are rooted in the same belief: Black women deserve access to capital, ownership, infrastructure, and rooms where decisions are made.
Nikoa lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband, their four sons, au pair, a dog, and a hamster — a household that runs on love, coordination, and a firm belief in the power of outsourcing.
